Heather Tindell, founder of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center DFW and Hollywood Med Spa, is a renowned leader and innovator in the medical spa and hormone therapy industry. With over a decade of executive experience and record-breaking sales, Heather’s journey began at the prestigious Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center (BHRC) in Los Angeles. After licensing the BHRC name, she established BHRC Dallas in 2012, transforming it into the premier hub for hormone replacement therapy and medical spa services in Texas.
Heather’s expertise extends far beyond her initial success. She expanded her impact by opening five additional locations in Dallas and two Hollywood Med Spas in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, Arizona. Her ventures collectively generated over $80 million in sales, achieving 25% to 45% annual growth and a profit rate five times the industry average. Heather’s strategic vision and commitment to excellence have cemented her national reputation as a trailblazer in the aesthetics industry.
Before launching BHRC Dallas, Heather’s illustrious career included roles in Los Angeles as the host of Adrenaline TV, FOX, and ESPN, as well as a correspondent with the Phoenix Suns and a season regular on Baywatch. Her foray into aesthetics began with Dr. Garth Fisher, known for ABC's Extreme Makeover, where she collaborated closely with Hollywood's elite and royal families. Later, at Dr. Gary Motykie’s practice of "Dr. 90210" fame, Heather achieved a 75% increase in sales within just four months.
Heather’s dedication to the aesthetics field led her to return after a successful stint in product development as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a global medical and fitness company. As the head of the medical spa division at BHRC, she orchestrated a 2,000% surge in sales, turning the center into Southern California’s top aesthetic clinic within a year. This accomplishment became the catalyst for Heather’s decision to launch her own practice in Dallas.
Recognized as a top female business leader, Heather has graced the cover of Living Magazine and consistently earned accolades, including spots on "Best Of" lists and numerous awards such as #1 Medical Spa West, #1 Medical Spa Middle America, and #1 Hormone Therapy Center in America at Aesthetic Everything's Crystal Diamond Awards.
In 2023, Heather strategically divested her ownership shares in BHRC Dallas to focus on the Phoenix Collaborative, a cutting-edge consulting firm specializing in launching, acquiring, and scaling companies within the dynamic medical spa industry. However, her passion for the field didn’t stop there. With the founding of the American Academy of Aesthetics (AAOA), Heather has dedicated herself to training the next generation of leaders in the aesthetics industry. Her vision for AAOA is rooted in her belief that the future of medical aesthetics lies in nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and setting new standards of excellence. By providing up-and-coming professionals with unparalleled education, hands-on experience, and mentorship, Heather aims to empower them to become industry leaders who will continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in aesthetics.
With a foundation rooted in the beauty epicenter of Beverly Hills and a proven track record of success, Heather Tindell continues to drive innovation, growth, and excellence in every endeavor she undertakes, ensuring that her legacy extends to the next generation of aesthetic professionals.
