After licensing the BHRC name, she launched BHRC Dallas in 2012, establishing it as the premier center for hormone replacement therapy and medical spa services in Texas.

Heather's influence extends well beyond her initial successes. She expanded her reach by opening five additional locations in Dallas and two Hollywood Med Spas in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, Arizona. These ventures collectively generated over $80 million in sales, achieving annual growth rates between 25% and 45% and a profit margin five times the industry average. Her strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence have solidified her national reputation as a trailblazer in the aesthetics field.

Before founding BHRC Dallas, Heather had an illustrious career in Los Angeles, hosting Adrenaline TV on FOX and ESPN, serving as a correspondent with the Phoenix Suns, and being a regular on Baywatch. Her journey into aesthetics began with Dr. Garth Fisher, famed for ABC's Extreme Makeover, where she worked closely with Hollywood's elite and royalty. Later, at Dr. Gary Motykie's practice, known for "Dr. 90210," Heather achieved a 75% increase in sales in just four months.

Heather's passion for the aesthetics industry led her back after a successful stint in product development as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a global medical and fitness company. At BHRC, she spearheaded a 2,000% surge in sales, transforming the center into Southern California's leading aesthetic clinic within a year. This remarkable achievement motivated Heather to launch her own practice in Dallas.

Heather's exceptional leadership has been recognized widely. She has graced the cover of Living Magazine and earned numerous accolades, including top spots on "Best Of" lists and awards like #1 Medical Spa West, #1 Medical Spa Middle America, and #1 Hormone Therapy Center in America at Aesthetic Everything's Crystal Diamond Awards.

In 2023, Heather strategically divested her ownership shares in BHRC Dallas to focus on the Phoenix Collaborative, a consulting firm specializing in launching, acquiring, and scaling companies in the dynamic medical spa industry. Her dedication to the field continues with the founding of the American Academy of Aesthetics (AAOA), where she trains the next generation of leaders in aesthetics. Lindsey Williams

APRN, FNP-BC

Lindsey Williams, APRN, FNP-BC, is a distinguished Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience and a decade of expertise in aesthetics and wellness. She is certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) for Hormone Replacement Therapy and anti-aging. This certification has expanded her knowledge and treatment base. Known for her compassionate care, compliance, education, and precise attention to detail, Lindsey has built a reputation as a trusted master injector and hormone therapy provider, ensuring superior outcomes and patient satisfaction.

From her hometown of Flower Mound, Texas, Lindsey began her education at Brookhaven College. In 2008, she started her career as a Registered Nurse at Baylor All Saints Fort Worth in the high-pressure environment of the emergency department. After relocating to Florida as a Navy wife, she balanced the demands of graduate school while raising two young children, supporting her deployed husband, and working in the ER and Trauma PACU at Baptist Downtown and University of Florida Shands Jacksonville. Those days tested her resilience and reinforced her unwavering determination, qualities that continue to define her both personally and professionally.

One of the proudest moments of her life was graduation day, standing tall with her diploma in hand and her two young boys by her side. Lindsey believes that tough times are conquered one day at a time. After graduating from Jacksonville University and moving back to Texas, she became board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

For a decade, Lindsey served as a Nurse Practitioner at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center DFW/Texas. She earned over 25 advanced certifications/licensures in injectables and aesthetic techniques, including Allergan Master Expert Certification, Advanced Bellafill Injector, Sculptra, IV-infusion, A4M, Radiesse, Exosomes, Amniocyte, stem cell, hair restoration, Professional Laser Safety Officer, and the BellaDiamond Provider recognition for her exceptional skill in long-lasting injectables. By late 2023, her leadership and expertise led to her promotion as Lead Clinical Injector and Laser Clinical Liaison, where she oversaw the training and development of providers across multiple locations.

Lindsey was instrumental in creating protocols for advanced treatments, spearheading educational initiatives, and serving as a preceptor for new injectors and hormone therapy providers. She is a Professional Laser Safety Officer and the lead instructor for the American Academy of Aesthetics.

Lindsey’s mission is to empower students and clients through aesthetic education and treatments. Her commitment to integrity, thoroughness, respect, and teamwork have garnered her consistent five-star reviews and a loyal client and student base. Lindsey has also shared, “When you genuinely love what you do, it’s obvious. Confidence is transformative, and I am honored to play a role in helping others achieve it.”

Currently, Lindsey channels her extensive expertise into her role as Lead Educator and Chief Operating Officer of the American Academy of Aesthetics. With a passion for continuing education, she is dedicated to inspiring the current and next generation of aesthetic professionals, filling the gaps, and maximizing the education for her students while shaping the future of the industry through innovation, education, and leadership. Lindsey is a proud mom of three, married to her best friend, and enjoys traveling, eating good food, listening to live music, and having family game nights.

Through it all, Lindsey’s belief in the power of positive self-talk carried her forward to this point, proving that sometimes the hardest part is simply taking the first step.
